UPDATE (July 22): One week after saying the nominations for the thirty seventh annual IBMA Bluegrass Music Awards, the Worldwide Bluegrass Music Affiliation introduced the nominees for the 2026 IBMA Business Awards and the 2026 IBMA Momentum Awards.
The IBMA Business Awards acknowledge excellent work in non-performing trade classes and honor the people who assist advance bluegrass music and help its artists. The ceremony will happen on Thursday, Oct. 22, on the Chattanooga Conference Heart in Chattanooga, Tenn.
The IBMA Momentum Awards acknowledge artists and trade professionals within the early phases of their bluegrass music careers. Along with honoring rising expertise, the awards additionally embody recognition for a mentor whose steerage has had a big and optimistic influence on upcoming artists and trade professionals.
